At Kappa Teamwear, we stand by the quality of our athletic apparel and offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that customized team kits and personalized jerseys are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are free from wear or laundry scents.

  Ship to Kappa Teamwear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your sports gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
